Community Emergency Preparedness Seminar April 6

Sonoma Valley Hospital is sponsoring a Community Emergency Preparedness seminar on Saturday, April 6th, 1-3 pm, in the hospital’s Basement Conference Room.

The seminar will include talks from three local experts on disaster response. John Suguto, from the American Red Cross, will discuss recent recovery experience from superstorm Sandy. Veterinarian Rhonda Stallings of Arroyo Veterinary Hospital in Sonoma will discuss planning and caring for your pets during a disaster. An additional Red Cross representative will facilitate starting a basic disaster plan for your home. Admission is free, refreshments will be served, and there will be door prizes and a raffle for disaster kits.
