Topics include assessing your current state of emotional and physical health; finding balance in your life; stress reduction and relaxation techniques; importance of making positive choices; value of exercise and good nutrition; recommended breathing practices; and developing healthy habits.
Instructors include Kelly Mather, CEO; Leslie Lovejoy, Director of Quality & Resource Management; and Steven Lewis, Wellness Director.
Classes will be held July 20-24, 1:00 to 3:30 pm daily, at Sonoma Valley Hospital. If you plan to attend, please make sure you are available for all five classes.
