Travel Medicine Program
WE ARE YOUR PASSPORT TO HEALTHY TRAVEL
The Sonoma Valley Hospital Occupational Health Department offers a Travel Medicine Program for both work-related travel and for the general public. The program is headed by a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine, who enables us to stay up to date on the latest travel risks and disease information. We also offer adult vaccination for non-travelers.
We follow CDC and WHO guidelines.
Services offered:
Plan ahead: some vaccines may take several weeks to become effective.

- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza
- Japanese Encephalitis
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella)
- Meningococcal Vaccine
- Pneumococcal Vaccine
- Polio
- Rabies
- Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis
- Typhoid Fever
- Prescriptions for medications including malaria prevention, altitude sickness prevention and the treatment of traveler’s diarrhea
