Sonoma Valley Integrative Health Fair Set For June
May 3, 2017Sonoma Valley Hospital and the Integrative Health Network are joining with Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy in Sonoma to sponsor the second annual Sonoma Valley Integrative Health Fair. The free event will feature presentations and product and therapy demonstrations providing information about less invasive, multidisciplinary approaches to many health needs.
The 2017 Integrative Health Fair will focus on Metabolic Syndrome with an emphasis on identification, prevention, and reversal. Presentation topics include Insulin Resistance, Cognitive Decline, and Holistic Pain Management.
The event will be held on Saturday June 3, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, on 303 W. Napa St. in Sonoma.
“Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy is pleased to host this year’s event,” said Paul Clark, Assistant Store Manager at Pharmaca Sonoma. “The Integrative Health Fair helps to bring awareness and education about the broad spectrum of health modalities and specialists available in our community, and we invite everyone to attend.”
There will be many members of the Integrative Health Network participating, representing a wide variety of backgrounds including Acupuncturists, Nutrition Specialists, Massage Therapists, Pharmacists, Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Hypnotherapists, and Chiropractors. There will also be representatives from leading health products manufacturers to demonstrate products and answer questions. A raffle and special children’s activities will be included.
